General Terms & Conditions

Jeetb operates an online gaming and Sports Betting platform for users in Bangladesh. To use this platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please refrain from using the platform. jeetb reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and your continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. In the event of any dispute, jeetb's decision shall be considered final.

Account Registration & Verification

To participate on the platform, you must create a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information; providing false information will be considered a violation of the terms and conditions. Each user may only create one account; creating multiple accounts may result in them being closed and any accumulated balance being forfeited. As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, a copy of your national ID card or passport may be requested. You are solely responsible for the security of your account, and it is advised that you do not share your password with anyone.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on the jeetb platform can be made using popular payment methods in Bangladesh — such as bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set according to the platform's guidelines and may change from time to time. Withdrawal requests generally take 1–3 business days to process, but may be delayed if verification is not yet complete. In the case of any suspicious transaction, jeetb reserves the right to hold payment until the investigation is concluded. Users must ensure that the account used for withdrawal is registered in their own name.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jeetb offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers, which are linked to specific wagering or rollover requirements. Separate terms apply to each bonus, and failure to meet those terms may result in the bonus being cancelled. Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts or proxies may result in permanent account closure. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the specified conditions have been met. jeetb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time.

Responsible Gaming & Age Verification

Jeetb places the highest importance on responsible gaming, and use of the platform by anyone under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited. If there is any doubt, we may request additional documentation for age verification. Account Closure & Restrictions

Jeetb reserves the full right to suspend or close any account for any reason, particularly in cases of terms and conditions violations. In cases of fraud, hacking, manipulation, or any other dishonest activity, the account will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken. Users may also request to close their own account at any time, which is generally processed within 24 hours. Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw any legitimately earned balance before account closure; however, in cases of suspicious transactions, this will be subject to investigation. To raise an objection against any platform decision, users may contact the support team.

Dispute Resolution & Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute between jeetb and a user will first be attempted to be resolved through direct discussion. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of being raised, both parties may opt for mediation. These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in a competent court in Bangladesh. The user acknowledges that it is their own responsibility to comply with local laws relating to online betting and gaming. jeetb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
